Our Signature Services

  • Leadership Across Borders

Dr. Nashay Lowe is a globally grounded professional speaker whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, conflict, and culture. Her perspective is shaped by lived experience across more than 30 countries: teaching in South Korea, serving in the Peace Corps in Jordan, and studying conflict systems across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This international lens gives her a rare ability to translate complex dynamics into clear, accessible insights that resonate across industries and identities.

With a PhD in International Conflict Management and years leading large-scale qualitative research, she blends academic rigor with emotionally intelligent storytelling. Her talks illuminate the patterns beneath tension, the cultural forces that shape behavior, and the practical steps leaders can take to build trust and respond with intention rather than urgency.

What sets her apart is her ability to speak to both head and heart. Audiences don’t just understand new ideas, they feel empowered to use them. They leave with language they can apply immediately, frameworks that simplify complexity, and a deeper sense of how to navigate difference with clarity, courage, and humanity.

  • A keynote speaks to an audience. A Resolution Session speaks with them.

    What is a Resolution Session?

A Resolution Session is not a keynote and it’s not a workshop in the traditional sense.

It’s a facilitated, human-centered experience designed to move people from passive listening to shared insight. Through dialogue, storytelling, and guided reflection, participants don’t just hear ideas—they practice new ways of seeing, speaking, and relating in real time.

Where keynotes inform, Resolution Sessions transform the room.

    Why Resolution Sessions exist

Most talks assume: One voice. One direction. One-way insight. But conflict, leadership, and culture don’t actually change that way.

They change when people hear themselves think, encounter other perspectives safely, practice language for hard moments, and feel seen, not spoken at. Resolution Sessions are built for that reality.

Resolution Sessions can take many shapes, including:

Storytelling Circle: Participants explore real workplace or community tensions through shared narrative and guided prompts.

Fireside Chats: A dynamic conversation that weaves expert insight with audience reflection and live dialogue.

Interactive Talks: A keynote-style opening that intentionally dissolves into conversation, reflection, and shared meaning-making.

Facilitated Dialogues: Structured mediated conversations for teams, organizations, or communities navigating change, tension, or transition.

No two sessions are the same. The format flexes based on audience size, context, and purpose. Each session is designed to meet people where they are and move them forward together.

  • Where conversation becomes community

The Resolution Collective is a connected ecosystem designed to help people reimagine how we relate, lead, and resolve. It brings together three pillars:

The Resolution Room is a global conversation space where leaders, thinkers, and change-makers explore how conflict, culture, and complexity shape the way we live and lead.

The Resolution Society is a learning community for those who want to practice these ideas in real time through shared language, reflection, and dialogue.

The Resolution Fellowship is an advanced coaching and development program (coming soon) for leaders seeking deeper guidance, accountability, and strategic support.

Hosted by Dr. Nashay Lowe, the ecosystem moves beyond surface-level dialogue to examine the tensions we often avoid and what becomes possible when we engage them with clarity and intention. With a growing international audience and community, The Resolution Collective is a trusted home for thoughtful storytelling, meaningful partnerships, and human-centered growth.
