The Conflict-Ready Campus Program
A tiered, modular support system designed to strengthen relational leadership skills among Resident Assistants (RAs) and peer leaders, with institutional benefits that extend across departments.

Tiers:

I. Orientation Only:
A foundational 2–3 hour interactive training on conflict transformation, role clarity, boundaries, and brave conversations for RAs and student leaders. Includes access to a digital takeaway guide and scripts for common campus conflicts.

II. Orientation + Quarterly Cohort Check-ins:
Facilitated group debriefs each quarter that help student leaders reflect on real cases they’ve encountered and apply the P³ framework (Perspective, Process, Provention) to resolve and learn from them.

III. Orientation + Quarterly + Monthly Drop-in Office Hours:
A hybrid of group coaching and "hot seat" problem-solving. Students bring real-time issues and get coached in a peer setting—building collective wisdom while receiving individualized support. Great for burnout prevention, morale, and skill integration.
