Dr. Nashay Lowe is the founder of Lowe Insights Consulting, a boutique firm that partners with organizations to turn internal conflict into long-term alignment, clarity, and performance. She also hosts The Resolution Room podcast, where she explores the deeper systems behind interpersonal and institutional friction—and how to turn those pressure points into pathways for growth.
With a Ph.D. in International Conflict Management and professional experience across 30+ countries, Dr. Lowe’s approach blends research, global strategy, and lived experience to support mission-critical transformation. Her work spans education, healthcare, nonprofits, and enterprise environments, equipping leaders with the tools to navigate complex dynamics before they escalate into legal risk, reputational harm, or productivity loss.
She has contributed to global institutions including the Peace Corps, the UN Permanent Mission of the Maldives, and UNESCO, and previously served as Associate Research Director, where she co-led national qualitative projects for clients such as Pew Research Center, the Missouri Foundation for Health, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Her research experience sharpens her consulting lens, helping clients identify root causes—not just symptoms—and implement strategies that create measurable, sustainable results
Today, Dr. Lowe helps teams move beyond one-off DEI workshops or compliance checklists. She builds systems for proactive leadership, culture alignment, and high-functioning communication—especially in environments experiencing internal change, restructuring, or rising liability exposure.
