Our Foundation

Dr. Nashay Lowe is the founder of Lowe Insights Consulting, a boutique firm that partners with organizations to turn internal conflict into long-term alignment, clarity, and performance. She also hosts The Resolution Room podcast, where she explores the deeper systems behind interpersonal and institutional friction—and how to turn those pressure points into pathways for growth.

With a Ph.D. in International Conflict Management and professional experience across 30+ countries, Dr. Lowe’s approach blends research, global strategy, and lived experience to support mission-critical transformation. Her work spans education, healthcare, nonprofits, and enterprise environments, equipping leaders with the tools to navigate complex dynamics before they escalate into legal risk, reputational harm, or productivity loss.

She has contributed to global institutions including the Peace Corps, the UN Permanent Mission of the Maldives, and UNESCO, and previously served as Associate Research Director, where she co-led national qualitative projects for clients such as Pew Research Center, the Missouri Foundation for Health, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Her research experience sharpens her consulting lens, helping clients identify root causes—not just symptoms—and implement strategies that create measurable, sustainable results

Today, Dr. Lowe helps teams move beyond one-off DEI workshops or compliance checklists. She builds systems for proactive leadership, culture alignment, and high-functioning communication—especially in environments experiencing internal change, restructuring, or rising liability exposure.

At the core of her work is a belief that clarity, connection, and consistency aren’t soft skills—they’re the foundation of resilient, high-performing organizations. Whether she’s advising HR and legal teams, facilitating leadership retreats, or coaching executives, her method is structured, strategic, and deeply human.

WHAT WE DO

Looking for a partner who understands the complexity of organizational change? At Lowe Insights™, we provide strategic change management services rooted in the ACMP Standard for Change Management. We apply this global framework to help your team:

  • Assess readiness and anticipate resistance

  • Align key stakeholders across departments

  • Develop clear, structured communication plans

  • Support staff through transitions with role clarity, training, and reinforcement

  • Track adoption and adjust in real time

While global frameworks guide our process, but our lasting impact comes from prioritizing what makes real change possible: the human relationships that sustain systems.

Because when your workplace culture is aligned, energized, and consistent across all levels, it becomes a competitive advantage. Retention improves. Morale rises. Performance becomes sustainable—not just seasonal.

OUR APPROACH

What Makes Us Different?

Resolving conflict isn't enough; we must reimagine and transform it.”

We don’t just prevent problems. We provent them.

I bet you’ve tried things like communication trainings… strategic planning retreats… maybe even mediation or a culture consultant.

And yet, the same issues keep resurfacing:

  • Trust that doesn’t stick.

  • Conversations that go quiet when they should go deeper.

  • Teams that say all the right things—but still avoid what matters.

That’s because most approaches focus on prevention—stopping conflict before it happens. That matters. But it still treats conflict as something to manage or contain.

At Lowe Insights, we take it a step further. We practice provention (a term coined by John Burton): a systems-rooted, people-centered approach that addresses the deeper conditions that allow conflict to grow in the first place.

Where prevention is reactive (do less harm), provention is generative—it asks:

  • What’s missing in the culture that allowed this misalignment to build?

  • What’s not being said—and what made it unsafe to say it?

  • How do we design relationships and systems that don’t just avoid rupture, but actively support growth?

We don’t just teach people how to manage tension—we help organizations become the kind of place where tension is less likely to spiral, because communication is clear, roles are aligned, and trust is the norm—not the exception.

This is more than strategy. It’s a shift in posture—from problem-solving to relationship-building.

We are not just fixing what’s broken, but strengthening what holds everything together.

🧭 Leadership Alignment

We guide your leadership team to model consistency, accountability, and shared purpose. This isn’t just development—it’s direction. Because strong leadership isn’t about charisma. It’s about clarity and follow-through.

🤝 Thriving Workplace

We facilitate spaces where teams strengthen trust, reset communication patterns, and co-create shared agreements that make collaboration sustainable. The result? Teams that work with each other, not around each other.

WHY WORK WITH US?

We are trusted by institutions that need more than inspiration—they need systems that reduce risk, protect people, and fuel performance.

When your internal culture thrives, your organization does too.

  • Retention strengthens when people feel seen, supported, and confident in where they’re going. Clarity in roles, consistency in leadership, and a culture of value all contribute to a workplace people choose to stay in—not because they have to, but because they want to.

  • Productivity rises when teams aren’t spending their energy managing confusion, tiptoeing around tension, or decoding unclear expectations. With the right structures and communication in place, that energy shifts back to meaningful, focused work.

  • Innovation isn’t just a byproduct of brainstorming—it’s the result of trust-rich environments where people are empowered to voice new ideas, question outdated norms, and co-create better solutions without fear of backlash.

  • Reputation grows—internally and externally—because your culture speaks for itself. We partner with organizations to do more than improve culture—we help you become the benchmark that sets the standard for what’s possible across your sector.
